How care may take shape
We start with your questions and work out the next steps together.
Your practitioner reviews the timeline, records, diagnoses, prior labs, medications, supplements and the treatments that changed how you felt.
Advanced labs may be discussed when they are clinically relevant. The aim is to focus on tests that could change a decision.
Care may include herbs, supplements, prescriptions, nutrition, lifestyle changes, counseling or specialist coordination, introduced at a pace that fits the individual.
Follow-up focuses on function, symptoms, tolerability and new information rather than adding more steps without a reason.
