Your practitioner reviews existing records and may recommend targeted testing when it could help guide a decision. Everyone does not need the same tests.
Recommendations may include nutrition, sleep habits, movement, stress support or treatment when appropriate. We explain the purpose of each recommendation and any additional costs.
Follow-up gives us time to discuss how you are doing, what feels manageable and what needs to change. Your plan can evolve with your health and goals.
