Lynn Gufeld is an accomplished Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and integrative medicine. Her career is marked by a dedication to providing comprehensive care to patients with spinal pathologies and chronic pain syndromes. Lynn's expertise lies in integrative management approaches, including non-surgical treatments and lifestyle modifications, aimed at enhancing patients' overall well-being. 

She has presented and authored on chronic pain and spine topics for the North American Spine Society and has been active in the Low-Dose Naltrexone Research Trust.  While working at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System she researched and published on overlooked causes of orthopedic pain such as Craniocervical Instability and Coccydynia. Supporting patients with complex conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Ehlers Danlos, POTS, and MCAS, she partnered with the VCU Autonomic Discussion Group and created presentations to help further patient care in addition to offering low-dose naltrexone and teaching heart rate variability biofeedback as safe, evidence-based, and novel interventions for autonomic dysregulation and chronic pain syndromes. 

Lynn is finishing her Functional medicine certification through The School of Applied Functional Medicine and will be starting coursework with the Institute of Functional Medication soon. She has a certification in Functional Nutrition and additional training in Hormone Imbalance.
