Michele Hodges, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience in adult and gerontology primary care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult/Gerontology Primary Care from the University of South Florida, where she graduated with honors.

With a strong foundation in nursing, Michele began her career as a Registered Nurse in various settings, including internal medicine, women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, and emergency room care. Throughout her nursing journey, Michele demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

After earning her MSN degree, Michele transitioned into the role of a Nurse Practitioner, where she excelled in providing primary medical care in both outpatient and integrated health system settings. She has experience managing acute and chronic medical needs for adult and geriatric populations, emphasizing a patient-centered approach to care.

In addition to her clinical skills, Michele is recognized for her leadership abilities, evidenced by her involvement in clinic training, preceptorships and as a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau International.

Based in Richmond, Virginia, Michele is licensed and certified in multiple states, including Virginia and Florida. She is passionate about delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients, with a focus on disease prevention, education, management, and a root-cause approach in functional medicine.
