Steven joined InHealth RVA as Practice Manager, bringing a strong background in team leadership, healthcare operations, and patient-focused service delivery. Before stepping into this role, he served as the Office Manager at a dermatology and skin cancer surgery center, where he led initiatives to enhance patient experience and strengthen clinical operations. Prior to that, Steven developed leadership and project management skills through various roles in ministry and healthcare settings.
He is passionate about fostering collaborative, high-performing teams that support both providers and patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Steven’s approach blends strategic operational oversight with a commitment to compassionate, individualized care.
Originally from the Gulf South, Steven has lived in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, and has made Virginia his home for over a decade. He graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and Philosophy.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys exploring the Richmond region, spending quality time with his family, traveling, and experimenting with new Cajun recipes.
